CHERRiSH Cherry Chocolate Recovery Drink

Looking for a great way to recovery from a hard workout?  Try our CHERRiSH Cherry Chocolate recovery Drink

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 Cup CHERRiSH Chocolate

4 ounces chocolate milk

2 tablespoons plain yogurt

1 to 2 teaspoons maple syrup (optional)

 

DIRECTIONS:

Add CHERRiSH Chocolate, chocolate milk, yogurt, and maple syrup together and blend or mix well. Chill and serve.
