Tart Cherry Cream Cheese Yogurt Dip Recipe
CHERRiSH tart cherry juice is a versatile ingredient, great for smoothies or as a glaze for roasted vegetables. It has a sweet-tart flavor that makes it feel like you’re eating fresh fruit. This time, I used it in a healthy fruit dip that the kids will love!
- 8 ounces Neufchatel cheese or low-fat cream cheese, room temperature
- 2/3 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons CHERRiSH tart cherry juice
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
Place the cream cheese in a large mixing bowl. With a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese on medium speed until light and fluffy, scraping down the sides as necessary, about 2 minutes.
Add the Greek yogurt, tart cherry juice and maple syrup, and beat until smooth.
Serve with apple and banana slices.
